Add as many keywords as possible to column identifier or label lists.
Add "timestamp" to list of tokens in keywords.c.
Before, TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE did not actually parser.
Reorder token lists to be more alphabetical.
Remove ARCHIVE keyword which was deprecated in v6.3.
