- Made several variables "const char *" instead of "char *" as proposed by Qingqing Zhou <zhouqq@cs.toronto.edu>.
- Replaced all strdup() calls by ECPGstrdup().
- Set ecpg library version to 5.2.
- Set ecpg version to 4.2.1.
