DOC: config: add missing section hint for "guid" proxy keyword

"guid" proxy keyword added in da754b45 ("MINOR: proxy: implement GUID
support") was lacking the section hint in the keyword description, let's
fix that.

It could be backported in 3.0 with da754b45.
