Configure: fixed make macros to use parentheses instead of braces.

Parentheses are more portable, in particular they are understood by nmake
while braces aren't.

auto/install		diff \| blob \| history
auto/lib/libatomic/make		diff \| blob \| history
auto/lib/perl/make		diff \| blob \| history
