EXAMPLES: ssl: keylog entries are greater than 1024

Adjust the log size to 2048, the default 1024 bytes of a log line are
too small since f28dd15 ("MINOR: ssl: add TLS 1.2 values in
HAPROXY_KEYLOG_XX_LOG_FMT")
