BUILD: add an EXTRA_MAKE option to build addons easily

Allow to call an external Makefile called Makefile.inc in order to build
complex addons.

make TARGET=linux-glibc ... EXTRA_MAKE="/path/to/addon1" \
     EXTRA_MAKE+="/path/to/addon2"
