Contrib: add vim scripts to contrib/ directory.

I've been maintaining these scripts independently for a while now, even though
I'm no longer active in the community. Seems to me that contrib/ is a good
long-term home for the scripts.
contrib/vim/ftdetect/nginx.vim [new file with mode: 0644] blob
contrib/vim/indent/nginx.vim [new file with mode: 0644] blob
contrib/vim/syntax/nginx.vim [new file with mode: 0644] blob
